Weekend Prep and Running Psychosis
Hello all. I’m just finishing up some work and starting to think about tomorrow morning. The plan is to get my run in before I go to the airport to head to Boston. I have a super early flight so I will definitely be running in the dark. I have been in touch with some friends in Boston and the friends traveling to Boston and I am getting excited to see everyone. It IS a lot of traveling for two days, but hey, you only live once, right? And I can’t spend all my time working out and/or on my computer :) Also, I do need to mention I then have to return to DC for 2 more weeks. Then I move to Boston. And then in October I have to head back to DC for another wedding. The scheduling of the weddings did not sync with the schedule of my life at all!
I hate writing about injuries b/c I feel like that’s all I write about, but my hamstring hurts today. I don’t know why. I woke up this morning and it’s sore. But it’s only sore on one leg-so is it delayed muscle soreness or a strain? When it’s asymmetrical soreness i think it's more likely it’s an injury. I am sooo annoyed. I guess I’ll just see how it feels tomorrow while I am running. The foot thing cleared up nicely so maybe this will too. I am so paranoid about being hurt these days I am driving myself crazy. I can completely see why they have sports psychologists.
Okay, back to work!!! Have a great weekend.

Have a great trip, and let me know when you're back in Boston b/c I want to meet you! I get things like that in my hamstrings all the time. As long as they feel better with each day (and aren't getting worse) I don't worry about it.
