QQQQQQQQQ

The Q key on my computer was just fixed, but the fan is STILL broken. Annoying.

I can walk again. There were a few moments of shocking pain this morning when I first got up and whatever tissue had fused together last night behind my knee was torn apart, but after that I loosened up more and more throughout the day. I feel pretty good right now. I even think I could run.

I have just been resting (and eating chocolate) for the past two days. There has been no real exercise and I am not too motivated to do any later tonight either. I had a lot of things to catch up on after my long weekend so I have been taking care of regular life. I finally washed my clothes from this weekend-some of which were still wet from Saturday’s rain-and my apartment just SMELLS better. Everything was just gross from lying around damp throughout my travels. My brain was also on a complete thinking vacation for a good chunk of time so it’s satisfying to be back to my usual routine. I could still really stand to catch up on some sleep though so that is definitely in the plan for tonight.

Sitting around and eating chocolate? Never done that.

I hope your knee issue is a temporary thing. It would be a bummer to get something chronic.

And the fan on your computer is broken? Like it doesn't come on at all? You need to get that fixed or you'll trash the thing. I bought mine online, but I think you can buy fans separately at CompUSA.

Ouch. That doesn't sound fun...well sitting on the couch eating chocolate sounds fun, I know, I've done it...in addition to Pizza, tacos, ice cream..., but not fun tearing loose fused tissues. :-)

Which fan broke? There are at least two fans in your computer, the power supply fan and the processor heat sink fan...there may be more depending on what other hardware is in your box. If it is the power supply fan, that one that blows out the back that makes the majority of the noise...when it's working...then you need to replace it as your power supply will likely over-heat (unless your box is in a cold dry open space) and then you'll have to buy a new power supply too. If it is your processor sink fan then you need replace it right away or risk melting the bus...which is cool in school but not in your PC. :-)

Cross train and let that leg heal!
